CLAUDIA Kreitz, Academic Coordinator

Claudia, a passionate lover of education, joined Children of the Night in June of 2022 as our Academic Coordinator. Claudia, a Computer Engineer, with a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in the Arts of Instructional Technology, bilingual (English/Spanish), worked at the American School in El Salvador for 30 years. In addition to her management and teaching responsibilities, at the American School, Claudia served as the Chair of their Technology Committee.

Claudia leads, trains, supervises, and schedules our USA and Global Tutors to prepare prostituted children and youth and at-risk youth for the GED, ESL and Math. Claudia is committed to and believes education is critical to permanent escape from prostitution.

Kelly FLAHERTY, ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

Kelly Flaherty joined the Children of the Night team in early 2020 and is now the Administrative Director overseeing Human Resources, Accounting, and other general operations of the organization. She has a degree in Political Science from USC, and a diverse professional background featuring a variety of marketing, financial and management positions in entertainment, politics, culinary arts, and more.

Susan Douglas, Donor Database Manager

Susan is Children of the Night’s donor database manager and has over 2 decades of nonprofit experience.
